  • The Health center is open to all full-time Carroll University students.
  • The Health Center is staffed by two nurse practitioners who job share. Pam Dolata, NP (pdolata@carrollu.edu) and Kristin Kastner, FNP (kkastner@carrollu.edu). Please call us at the above phone number if you have an urgent concern. If we are seeing patients, we might not get to our e-mail right away. If you get our voice message, please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
  • The nurse practitioners work in collaboration with a local Waukesha doctor.
  • The Health Center opens in August with part-time hours, and switches to full-time hours in mid-August until mid-May, and then is open with part-time hours again until the end of May. The Health Center is closed in June and July.
  • No appointments are necessary except for Wednesday afternoons when physical exams are scheduled.
  • If you become ill outside of the Health Center hours, please scroll down to see a list of local clinics at the end of this page. A list of local clinics and phone numbers, as well as Waukesha Memorial Hospital numbers, are also available outside the Health Center. In an emergency, call 911.

HEALTH CENTER SERVICES

Carroll University's nurse practitioners enjoy working in partnership with students to meet their health needs on campus. HEALTH INSURANCE
Carroll University is committed to promoting good health to help ensure students’ academic success. In addition, Carroll requires all full-time students to have health insurance coverage. All students will be automatically enrolled in the insurance plan through United Healthcare. A $715 charge will be seen on the student's account.
